The villa is located in the small and wonderful town of Callao Salvaje, just 5 minutes drive from Costa Adeje. Very quickly and easily you can get to both the fishing village of La Caleta, and to Los Gigantes. Callao Salvaje has a well-developed infrastructure: several supermarkets, a pharmacy, shops and numerous bars and restaurants. In addition, a new sandy beach was recently made with sun beds, umbrellas and a beach restaurant.
Building
The house has 3 levels. The first floor consists of a spacious living room, a dining area, wood-trimmed, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a bathroom and a dressing room and a guest toilet. The large sliding doors of the living room lead us to the covered terrace by the pool. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms with bathrooms and built-in wardrobes, as well as a small study. The spacious second floor terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and views of the Atlantic Ocean and the island of La Gomera.
